The aim of this site is to educate people about fitness on the simplest level. In today’s day and age, when information is so readily available, it is such a shame that people are giving up on their dream body only due to their lack of knowledge. My goal is make sure that people can walk in to the gym feeling confident that they wont be making fools of themselves or even hurting themselves.
I used to be extremely overweight myself. I didn’t have the slightest bit of knowledge in the world of fitness, but I always had the dream of being fit and in shape. The one thing that always kept me from hitting the weights, was the overwhelming fear of having some really ripped dude laugh at me.
Finally I decided enough is enough. I turned to the web for help. After many months of searching, watching clips, and reading blogs I finally had enough confidence to hit the weights.
The problem was that I had to search all of the web for articles and all over YouTube for videos. Every time I found something I would always find another article or tutorial video contradicting the other one.
On this site you will find useful information in the simplest form without any contradictions or confusing terms. you will also find helpful tutorial videos explaining how to perform some the the more advanced moves as well as the more simple ones in the video suite.
